US food services company Aramark and health-casual restaurant chain Freshii are to create 100 jobs through a partnership in Ireland to expand the Freshii brand.

The partnership sees Aramark fuel Freshii expansion in Ireland and the UK ,opening a number of new Freshii outlets at locations including Arnotts Department Store and Trinity College .

These initial outlets will be followed by a further ten Aramark -led locations creating 100 full-time and part-time jobs.

Canadian owned Freshii serves fresh food for people on the go offering a menu of breakfast, soups, salads, wraps, bowls, burritos, frozen yogurt, juices and smoothies.

Aramark already has a strong presence in Ireland after taking control of the Avoca chain last year while earlier this year the US firm also announced a partnership here with Chopped healthy fast-food chain.

Freshii existing Irish outlets are based in CHQ Building,Lusk Applegreen,Enfield West Applegreen,and Mespil Road.
