Globoforce -The Irish software firm co-headquartered in Dublin and Boston has announced that it is creating 100 new jobs in its Dublin base .

The positions range from graduate level upwards and will be in the field of software development,software engineering,user experience,analysts ,finance and customer services .

It is hope that 50 of these positions will be filled by year end however there is an acute shortage of software engineers and specialists  in Ireland currently .

The company also unveilled it’s new 45,000 sq ft Head  Office at Park West Dublin 12 .

Globoforce specialise in” social recognition software ”  and currently employ 400 people globally with 210 in its Dublin base .
