Back 4 Good August Social Media Campaign

Back 4 Good today launched its August campaign under the sub-brand ” Home for the holiday ? Why not stay ? .

Our focus is to build on the launch last week of our County Talent registers for each county .We hope to encourage significant numbers of potential returnees to log onto their own county page and register their direct interest in returning to their own Town, village or city .

Over 80,000 users are engaging on our Ireland  platforms since the launch of our site in November 2016 and this interaction is contributing to expanding Ireland’s talent pool significantly .

Our social media platforms in Asia have over 200,000 users and Back 4 Good has also reached out to Philadelphia ( by invitation ) with over 13,000 users .

The concept of skilled workers returning to their own Countries is of significant interest now to many countries who are in the battle to secure Talent and a range of incentives are available to entice returnees back to their own cities and countries.

Back 4 Good as a concept and brand has received over 50 invitations from a number of locations across the globe to bring our unique strategy to many wonderful locations and we are looking at the next steps on that road.

Meanwhile as August commences and many skilled professionals come back to Ireland for the break get on board with our campaign and promote your brand or products to this new and exciting market.

Job creation will suffer from lack of available Homes and Talent

IDA Chief Executive Martin Shanahan has said that the availability of quality and affordable residential accomandation was a key competitiveness factor for foreign direct investment in Ireland .

Mr Shanahan is concerned by the lack of availability of competitively priced ” ready to buy ” housing stock, across multiple ranges, this availability is a strategic priority for multinationals firms that are considering setting-up in Ireland .

As demand for housing is getting stronger coupled with historically low supply prices are rising to boom levels and this presents a significant problem for the IDA who are attempting to attract FDI inaddition to the campaign to lure  firms who wish to leave the UK after  Brexit to Ireland

Another  major cloud on the IDA FDI horizon is the acute skills shortages currently in the Irish Labour Market and the resultant wage inflation that is taking place .

Back 4 Good -Your future in Ireland has set out a innovative strategy to address these issues.

This Strategy includes promoting investment in each county in Ireland, creating County Talent registers and offering much more affordable property and other requirements  outside of Urban centres that skilled professionals require to return to the own town, village or City .

Back 4 Good now has a County section on our platform for each county in Ireland which we launched last week and the response from potential returnees is exciting .

We are expanding Ireland’s Talent pool and operating within a Global battle for Talent Accomandation  costs ,high income tax rates and poor public services make our battle much more difficult, however we believe that having reached 63,000 users since our launched last November that the State should  now get behind Back 4 Good to ensure that Ireland’s competitiveness remains .

It is now time for a round table forum to examine and create a strategic communications plan that will ensure that Ireland  starts to address these issue urgently .
