Convergys the US -based customer support firm has announced plans to expand its office in Swords which will see the creation of 100 new jobs .

Convergys are recruiting for a number of roles across its operational and support functions to deliver customer service and technical support services to BT broadband and phone customers in the UK .

At today’s announcement Stephen Guerin site director at Convergys Dublin office said ” Dublin has been a pivotal hub for Convergys for over 15 years,and the creation of these new jobs reaffirms our commitment to the Irish market ”

Convergys already employs 150 people in Ireland since December ,which will bring the total number of employees to 250
