Our unique concept has now developed into one of the fastest growing talent marketing campaigns with towns and villages across Ireland setting up the local Back 4 Good community group and in Dublin many suburbs have joined the campaign to bring back home our Diaspora to fill 1000s of roles on offer across the country.
We are delighted that we met with the Minister for the Diaspora Mr Sean Fleming TD in the Department of Foreign Affairs and welcome the endorsement of our programme by Minister Fleming and the Foreign Affairs Department and look for ward to working closely with them in rolling -out our projects across the globe.
Indeed we had a very positive meeting with 2 Ministers from the Department of Enterprise,Trade and Employment Mr Dara Calleary TD and Mr Neale Redmond TD and welcome the support that both Ministers .
We have offered to manage a pilot program in Australia and New Zealand which will involve the Irish Government carrying out a Garda recruitment process over a 3 month period in early 2025 , we proposed a requirement campaign in the UK to source Healthcare Workers and a Talent drive in New Zealand to source building workers ..
This process would take place in both countries and include tests , interviews and Fitness Testing with contract offers made on the ground at the end of the process .
