Home care provider Dovida announces 1,500 new jobs – Back 4 Good will assist in talent matching
Private provider of home care services, Dovida, has announced the creation of 1,500 new jobs across Ireland.
The company, recently rebranded from Home Instead, currently provides care to nearly 8,000 clients and will be offering both full-time and part-time roles.

Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Peter Burke, welcomed the announcement as a “very positive development for communities across the country”, highlighting the essential role carers play in enabling people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
Dovida’s CEO in Ireland, Shane Jennings, confirmed the company is expanding its services to support individuals with acquired brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and Motor Neuron Disease, as well as children and young adults with additional needs. “There are waiting lists around the country and that’s why we are expanding and trying to get new carers in,” he said.
