As part of Back 4 Good annual Christmas social media campaign a special focus will be on attracting skilled workers for the Pharma and Bio -Technology sector

In 2017 we will host virtual Talent fairs that will present shortlisted candidates for online interview and selection.

As a result of recent investment plans it is anticipated that there will be an additional 5000 new roles in Biologics in the medium term, a 75% increase on the current employment levels .Of this 5000 mployment increase it is estimated that around 1000 will be for roles such as Facility maintenance ,supply chain logistics,human resources,finance,legal and warehousing .

The remaining 4000 available roles will require more specific Biopharmaceutial science, technology,and engineering skill sets .

The industry is focused on meeting this massive demand in part through a combination of expatriate and other international talent flows into Ireland .

Back 4 Good will be reaching out to this Talent pool and encouraging them to consider these roles which are located in many locations in Ireland .
