After nearly a year living with COVID 19 and the huge damage it has caused to everyone we need to look at innovative solutions that will plan our recovery out of tis Pandemic and create new options and opportunities for everyone.

We are setting -up  Bounce Back  and are looking to ensure that it  consists  of representatives for Government Departments and Agencies with Social Partners that will set monthly targets to be set and reached from May 2021.

The primary aim of the ‘Bounce Back “ is to place jobseekers into work , we will have a team of experts in the Human Resources and Job Placement area that will provide Jobseekers with a range of supports to enable them to get back to work quickly.

As Bounce Back  is located on an All-Ireland basis we have selected 50 locations across the island and lan to run virtual Road to Work seminars with jobseekers referred to Bounce Back by the Department of Social Protection .

It is anticipated that each virtual Job Fair will have 1500 jobseekers in attendance with interactions online with,

and more.

Each jobseeker will have an online client assessment carried out by the Bounce Back HR specialist team which will profile each client ,identify their skill set , assess their requirement for further Education and Training if needed and will match jobseekers will available roles.

Each Jobseeker will receive their individual personal development plan and a Bounce Back Job Hunting pack which will give them the tools to find that career they want.

Targets are set for this programme with 50% placement in the first 3 months of the programme and 80% thereafter .

The Bounce Back  programme will have a limited shelf life of 2 years and will be reviewed annually .
