One such role is for an experienced Training officer in a major construction firm which is looking to hire a person who has 5+ years experience in Engineering/ Construction/ Regulated industry in a training officer role.
You will need strong experience of best practice Training and Competency Administration and reporting along with an ability to build relationships and network across the construction industry.
Critical to the success of the role will be the ability to purview and manage the company wide training and competency database.
