India is the fastest growing economy economy in the world with GDP growth levels of 7.2% .

While India has a massive talent pool demand for skilled professionals is at a all time high .

Apart from multinational giants who have shown an interest in increasing spends in the country  contract manufacturing giant Foxconn are involved in plans to invest $ 5 billion on factories and research and development .

The company is one of many looking to produce in India as the country spends more on electronics ,General Motors & Co also announced it will invest another  $1 billion  in India .

With 1000s of new jobs on offer in ecommerce,core engineering,retail,hospitality and banking there are not enough skilled people available and India is now calling its own skilled workers home .
