About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Content Manager to join our team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital content strategy across various platforms to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver compelling content that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Content Strategy Development:** Create and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand, goals, and target audience.
– **Content Creation:** Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
– **SEO Optimization:** Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
– **Social Media Management:** Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and curating relevant content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
– **Content Calendar:** Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of content across all platforms.
– **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.
– **Vendor Management:** Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to produce and promote content as needed.
– **Compliance and Branding:** Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards.
– **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and social media.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
– Proven experience (3+ years) in digital content management, content marketing, or a similar role.
– Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
– Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills
– Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a plus.
– Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
– Familiarity with paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns.
