Back 4 Good are sourcing a Projects Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading the capital management and execution of projects throughout the full project life -cycle from initiation to close -out.

The role includes managing a diverse portfolio of strategic expense and capital projects such as equipment and capacity upgrades ,facility renovations and infrastructure upgrades to support the development and launch of a rich pipeline of biologics products .

The successful candidate will have frequent exposure to senior management as they execute projects that shape the overall strategy to transform the site to be the best-in-class facility .

Project execution will focus on safety ,schedule and budget adherence in addition to complying with good engineering practices ,company policies ,regulations and codes.

You should hold a minimum of a level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.

At least 8 years experience of managing a multi-disciplinary ,cross functional team of engineering professionals and contractors to deliver project safety on time and within budget.

Background of planning and managing engineering projects with a demonstrated record of on time performance .

Experience managing the overall financial performance of engineering projects ,including cash flow ,life cycle costs, business opportunities and risks .

Experience using SAP and budgeting tools .

PMP or Chartered Engineer status is desirable .

Senior Finance Manager

You will work as part of the Financial control team which is responsible for completing financial control processes ,report production, timely issue resolution and adhoc support as required by the finance teams.

You will be responsible for monthly management accounts,completing the month end close process and the production of statutory financial statements for a range of legal entities .

The successful candidate will work with a variety of operations and other finance teams to understand the business and ensure that the books and records accurately reflect the business undertaken and adherence requirements to accounting policy.

Manage the Finance  team.

Oversee the daily accounting,administration and oversight to support the financial accounts production process for a number of legal entities .

Oversee production of the monthly management accounts for a number of legal entities ,the production of monthly reconciliation and ensure all documentation and accounting is completed in line with corporate requirements and policies .

Produce month end analytics and trend data to assist with review and validation of financail results .

The completion of annual statutory accounts and reporting for a number of legal entities and provide inputs and information to the audit process.

Work with the Head of Financial control to recommend and implement standardised process improvements .

You will be a qualified Accountant ( preferable ACA/ACCA 0 with at lest 8 years experience  in a multi- currency financial services environment .

Experienced background in a corporate financial control environment with solid knowledge  of accounting reporting and financial control requirements  as well as statutory and audit requirements.

A minimum of 4 years experience in managing a financial control team in a fast paced ,dynamic multinational environment .

Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders across multiple locations.
