Supermac’s have announce 120 new jobs at its base in Portlaoise Plaza which will open next Friday .

Some full and part-time staff have already received training for a number of the roles and the Plaza will be the biggest of its kind in Ireland .

The jobs are across the board in retail and catering with roles in Supermac’s and Papa Johns along with positions in Supersubs which is a sandwich bar and a barista coffee area

Todays job announcement brings the number hired by Supermac’s to 4000 in Ireland.

This is a significant announcement for Laois and the first major job announcement in the county since the arrival of the COVID 19 Pandemic .
