Back 4 Good has had an amazing June and the interest in our concept has developed across the Globe.
With rapid technological advances and the digitisation of the workplace the matching of new employee skills sets with the need of employers is getting harder each day .
Back 4 Good has entered countries that are attempting to deal with this challenge and last week we launched our platform in Tokyo.
Japan where 81% of employers ( with 10 or more employees ) have difficulty finding qualified employees is looking at both attracting back home its own people and working on a range of upskilling programmes that it hopes will increase the supply of skilled workers .
In China, we have Back 4 Good -Your future in Beijing which is reaching out to Chinese people across Asia and inviting them to return to the city to take up many available opportunities.
Beijing’s economy ranks among the most developed and prosperous in China and as China aims to shift from ” made in China to developed in China ” the demand for skilled professionals is huge with over 70% of Beijing’s employers stating that they do not have enough talent to “achieve current business objectives ‘
In June we expanded our platform into Holland and in particular Amsterdam as demand for skilled professionals far outweighs the supply and opportunities exist in many occupations including ,
Lawyers
HR Managers
Mechanics
Engineers
Medical Specialists
Software designers
and much more .
Back 4 Good is now represented in over 70 cities through the globe and the demand for the concept has resulted in a further 45 applications from cities to promote the concept and platform.
This response level is a source of great pride to Back 4 Good and we hope to reach our target of 200 cities with representatives in place by year -end .
