The numbers of roles available make grim reading and unless the Department of Education starts using unique solutions such as Back 4 Good the situation will only get significantly worst .
Nevertheless should the Minister for Education and her Department look at the unique proposal Back 4 Good have submitted to her government colleagues she will find a solution that can go someway towards addressing the ongoing shortage of teachers across Ireland .
