Trump ” This is really a bigger job than I thought ” On boarding process in place
USA President elect Donal Trump spoke last night about the scale and size of job he is to take up in January 2017 .
The sucessful candidate told friends that his new role ” is really a bigger job than the one I thought I was applying for ”
Having come through a very rigorous interview process President Elect Trump expressed surprise at the ” scope ” of the role and the vast responsibilities that would soon to be placed on his shoulders .
Concern was expressed that the Job description and specification supplied to candidates did not adequately detail the role and responsibilities attached to the job and some professional recruiters have expressed surprise that the candidate tracking system did not filter out unprepared or unsuitable candidates.
