We also plan to work in other cities in the UK during St Patrick’s Week .
We plan to offer a one-stop-shop for employers through our subscriber base , Back 4 Good will manage the entire HR process .from recruitment and onboarding with automatic matching with shortlisted top talent.
We have 100s of live jobs on offer in all 32 counties in Ireland
Interestingly the number of Irish -born people living in England and Wales fell by 20% between 2011 and 2021 the lowest recorded figure since the 1930s
Traditional Irish centres are slowly disappearing and places like Kilburn which was nicknamed County Kilburn are diminishing.
Back 4 Good are targeting the “ new “ Irish who arrived from 2020 due to COVID when Ireland closed its construction sector and most of its industry.
The UK was thriving and 1000s of building workers and skilled professionals departed Ireland for various locations in the UK.
Back 4 Good have created a strong database of these skilled workers on a county by county basis .Our daily eZine keeps our subscriber base informed of what is happening in Ireland ,what opportunities are available ,what property is doing and when would be a good time to return home to your county town or village .
Our subscribers are keen to talk to employers in various sectors to discuss options and to see if it is financially viable for them to return home for good .
