Users flock to Back 4 Good platform over festive period .

As over 42,000 users visited the Back 4 Good platform over the Christmas period and indications are very positive that we will see a significant return of skilled talent to Ireland in 2017.

The huge response to the Back 4 Good campaign is confirmed by CSO figures that show the number of immigrants of Irish nationally has risen by 74% .

It is now estimated that 50% of those who left because of the crash from 2008 are now back home around 130,000 people .

As Ireland is on course to be the fastest growing economy in the Eurozone in 2016,the demand for skilled professionals is significant and estimated to be around 250,000 over the next four years .

The Irish health sector is battling hard to tempt workers back home however, their 3 day recruitment show in Dublin this week was attended by just 32 people on day one followed by just 52 people on the second day.

The Back 4 Good county strategy is proving to be a real winner with potential returnees and registrations took place over the Christmas period for Talent registers in each county .

From these Talent registers sector panel will be developed in relevant occupations .

As we move into 2017 Back 4 Good will be rolling out a number of new and innovative solutions that will expand Ireland’s talent pool significantly.
