Business process outsourcing firm Voxpro is creating 400 new jobs as it officially opens its new Dublin office .

The company ,which offers customer experience,technical support,and sales operations solutions to international customers will employ more than 2000 people in Ireland once the roles are filled and plans to grow to more than 3,000 globally over the next 12 to 18 months .

The roles  are wide ranging int and include Technical Support,customer experience, training, and management positions .

The business was founded in Cork more than 20 years ago by Chef Executive Dan Kieky and his wife Linda .
