Back 4 Good are delighted to be working on an exciting new project rolling out 6 special talent gathering events from March directly following our St Patrick’s week talent drive .

These events will be a mix of virtual and face-to-face with a special event to celebrate our 10th Annual ‘ Home for the Holidays / Why not Stay ? ‘ campaign.

As the site of choice for  our Diaspora Back 4 Good pride ourselves on providing independent advice to our members on all aspects of living and working in Ireland and this has resulted in a solid database of over 100,000  members living overseas and from each county on the island of Ireland.

The good news is that many of our members are ready to return home after 2 hard years living with COVID 19 , many other members are keen to start their return to Ireland by working from home in their current locations .

Back 4 Good have also created a new blended working concept which is a mix of working from home in other countries and working in blocks  in Ireland for part of each assignment,

The Blended programme is creating an exciting buzz within our memberships and we will be asking employers to develop suitable employment contracts for the new form of work.

Back 4 Good will be managing dual events as part of our roll out with virtual shows taking place in Ireland and in selected cities so that employers have access to as wide a range of talent as possible .

Space is limited so sign up today by contacting kelly@back4good.ie and at our usual contact details .
