Back 4 Good are rolling out its county by county strategy across the country .

We are working with county associations and emigrant groups across the Globe to build our county registers and our social media campaign now has over 80,000 followers most of whom are registering to return to their own county .

Our focus is to create Talent registers for each county .These registers will contain lists of skilled professionals who wish to return home to the own county and these registers will be augmented with local talent .

Back 4 Good will use these registers to inform development agencies of the skills available in each county so that in turn these agencies can consider each county for FDI and new employers

We will also make these lists available to employers both public and private to ensure that we expand the Talent pool throughout Ireland .
