As part of our strategy in addressing critical skills shortages Back 4 Good will be offering a suite of e-learning courses to ensure that returning employees have updated their skills set in advance of commencing employment in Ireland.

We have partnered with a number of major course providers and will make available a 21st century library of courses chosen for Ireland following our indepth research on the needs of the Irish Labour market.

Our courses will be offered to candidates in a practical,efficient and engaging set of learning modules that will ensure that the user achieves their learning goals.

Alongside the user offer Back 4 Good will offer employers a bespoke employee on – boarding programme Staff retention is a key focus of many employers,once the hire is made holding onto the new employee is vital.Back 4 Good will enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process,it begins at the acceptance of the job offer throughout the first 6 months of employment.

On a sector by sector basis we have partnered with relevant training organisations who will deliver relevant and important courses to new employees such as Safe Pass, CSCS and Health & Safety.
