We are expanding our brand MyJobs.ie to build a next-generation job board designed to capture the many roles we are receiving across the globe. The platform is currently under construction, but development is progressing quickly and the ambition is significant.

Built on the strength, reach, and trust of the Back 4 Good ecosystem, the new MyJobs.ie platform will aggregate roles from all Back 4 Good group sites and locations worldwide, bringing thousands of opportunities into one central hub.

Crucially, state-of-the-art AI job tools will be embedded into the platform. These tools will help match candidates to suitable roles, improve CV visibility, surface hidden opportunities, and streamline the connection between employers and talent. For returnees, international candidates, and Ireland-based professionals alike, this will significantly reduce friction in the hiring process.

Security and trust remain core principles. CVs and enquiries are handled via Tuta, an encrypted email service, ensuring privacy from day one.

This platform represents a major step forward for Back 4 Good subscribers and partners. More updates to follow as the build continues.
