Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value advertising accounts.
* Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Develop integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, print and broadcast channels.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate additional revenue.
* Lead client presentations, pitches and commercial negotiations.
* Oversee advertising budgets, campaign performance and profitability.
* Collaborate with creative, digital, production and media teams.
* Monitor market developments, consumer behaviour and advertising trends.
* Ensure campaigns meet agreed objectives, deadlines and quality standards.

Candidate Specification

* Minimum five years’ experience in advertising, media sales or agency account management.
* Proven experience managing major client accounts.
* Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
* Experience delivering integrated advertising campaigns.
* Strong leadership, organisational and strategic planning capabilities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience

* Previous experience at Account Director or Senior Account Manager level.
* Knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic media and campaign analytics.
* Experience working with national and international brands.
* Established relationships within the Irish advertising industry.

Role Details

Location: County Kerry, Ireland
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
