Across our Back 4 Good and Your Future In network of community pages, engagement soared during October, with conversations, shares, and sign-ups growing significantly. One standout example was our Your Future in Terenure page, which recorded an extraordinary 350,974 views in just 28 days — a 40% increase on the previous period.

This surge in activity highlights how powerful localised community engagement can be when combined with a national message of opportunity and belonging.
Who Engaged with the Campaign
Our audience insights show that engagement was strongest among professionals aged 25–34 (38%), followed by 35–44 (21%), confirming that Ireland’s next generation of skilled workers is ready to return and invest their energy and expertise back home.
The campaign also performed strongly across the 18–24 group, with younger professionals showing growing curiosity about returning earlier in their careers to take advantage of Ireland’s expanding job market.
Global Reach – Local Impact
Interest came from all corners of the world — from New York, Toronto, and San Francisco, to Berlin, Dubai, and Sydney. Many respondents shared stories of wanting to return home for family reasons, a better work-life balance, or the growing availability of hybrid and remote roles in Ireland.
