A busy, community-focused gym in County Wicklow is currently seeking qualified Fitness Instructors to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate, energetic professionals who want to inspire clients and help them achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging individual and group fitness sessions across a variety of disciplines (cardio, strength, HIIT, functional fitness, etc.)
• Carry out fitness assessments, create tailored exercise programmes, and track client progress.
• Ensure the gym environment is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
• Promote membership offers, classes, and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to community health campaigns and gym events.

Candidate Profile:
• Recognised fitness qualification (e.g. EQF Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a gym, leisure centre, or personal training setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Commitment to high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• A proactive attitude and passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
