Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hairdressers to join our clients team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about hair styling, cutting, and colouring with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services to clients, offering expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hair cutting, styling, and coloring services based on client preferences.

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and haircare goals.

• Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and products in the hairdressing industry.

• Suggest appropriate hair treatments and aftercare products.

• Ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and complies with hygiene standards.

• Offer exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.

• Handle cash register and process payments as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hairdresser, stylist, or barber.

• Relevant qualifications from a recognized hairdressing school or training program.

• Excellent knowledge of hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Preferred:

• Experience in a similar role in Ireland.

• Familiarity with Irish haircare products and brands.
