Back 4 Good – Your future in Ireland is working with a leading technology partner to source Remote Service Desk Engineers for a fast-growing client. Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality technical support to end users across Windows 10/11 and Apple operating systems.
• Respond to incidents, requests, and queries via ticketing systems, email, and phone in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and related enterprise applications.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
• Deliver a professional customer service experience with every interaction.

Requirements
• AZ-104 or MS-102 certification (or working towards).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Apple OS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

These roles are remote, but applicants must be based in Limerick or wider Ireland to meet operational requirements.
