Our client, a cutting-edge esports company based in Kerry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales/Partnership Manager to lead on building commercial relationships, forging new sponsorship opportunities, and driving revenue across its growing portfolio of events, teams and digital content.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure strategic sponsorship and commercial partnership deals across the esports ecosystem.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, media partners, and brands.

Develop and deliver tailored pitches and proposals to potential sponsors.

Collaborate with marketing, events, and content teams to create compelling partner activations.

Monitor performance and reporting metrics for partnership ROI and renewals.
Key Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in sales, business development or partnership roles (experience in sports, media or gaming a plus).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding commercial targets.

Passion for esports and digital entertainment.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
