This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to engage with global investors, shape the company’s capital markets narrative, and play a key leadership role as the organisation scales.
As Head of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the investor relations strategy and programme, fostering relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community and work closely with the CEO, CFO and executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all investor relations activities, including earnings announcements, annual reports, investor roadshows, and capital market days.
- Develop strong relationships with current and prospective shareholders and analysts.
- Monitor market trends, shareholder concerns, and competitor activity to inform communication strategy.
- Coordinate financial disclosure and reporting in compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on investor expectations and market sentiment.
