About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in Ireland. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Irish employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in HR management.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
– Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
– Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
– Manage employee development programs, including training and career progression initiatives.
3 Employees Relations
– Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
– Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Irish employment law.
– Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Performance Management
– Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance and development.
– Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
5. Compliance & Policies
– Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies.
– Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal and organizational changes.
– Manage workplace health and safety initiatives in line with Irish regulations.
6. Compensation & Benefits
– Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
– Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
– Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
– Monitor HR trends and provide insights to improve HR processes and practices.
Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Ireland.
– In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
