We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineers to join our dynamic teamsin Ireland. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI/ML Model Development:
– Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
– Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and accuracy.
2. Data Processing & Analysis
– Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data for AI/ML applications.
– Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are efficient and scalable.
3. Software Integration
– Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.
– Develop APIs and microservices to enable seamless interaction between AI models and other software components.
4. Research & Innovation
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
– Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation.
5. Collaboration
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI-driven solutions.
– Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Testing & Deployment
– Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and scalability.
– Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance.
7. Ethical AI Practices:
– Ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed in an ethical and responsible manner, adhering to data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
Education
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
– 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
– Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
– Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Skills
– Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
– Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice-to-Have
– Experience with computer vision or reinforcement learning.
– Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
– Knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
