HR Managers – Hospitality

Back 4 Good your future in Dublin is working on a number of key assignments for a major Hotel group in the city .
In the first instance they are looking for a number of Key HR managers to assist their significant expansion plans .
They are looking for experienced hospitality HR managers to join their group.
These roles will commence on Feb 1st 2018 and the group are in an exciting time in their development with excellent opportunities for the right candidates .
You will deliver an overall HR strategy that’s aligned with the business needs by implementation and monitoring best practice policies/processes in recruitment, training ,development, employee engagement and compliance.
As HR manager you will provide support & guidance to employees across all spectrums of the HR function while effectively managing & developing staff .
You will have 3 years plus in a HR management role ,ideally a hotel or customer focused environment .
Proactive by Nature and a self starter
3rd level qualification in HRM ,business or simiLAR ,CIPD qualification is preferred .
Experience in driving employee engagement
Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
