Back 4 Good are sourcing a number of Hotel Managers for one of our Back 4 Good partners .
The hotel is a busy and thriving Wedding and Banqueting business and we are looking for candidates with strong experience in the sector .
You will be accountable for the effective leadership of the hotel across all departments .
Analyse opportunities for the business in terms of cost control,productivity levels, and product development .
Identifying new business .
Ensure staffing levels as required and assist in the smooth running of the hotel .
Hands on in charge manager at major events in the hotel .
You should have at least 5 years relevant experience .
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets .
Ability to manage and monitor .
Able to understand and use financial data .
Strong communications and interpersonal skills .
A self -starter .
A strong package is on offer with this role .
