A leading Midlands-based events and production firm is expanding its dynamic team and is currently hiring an experienced Event Manager, alongside three Production Managers, to lead high-profile projects across Ireland and abroad. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, creative organisation known for delivering world-class live events, conferences, festivals, and corporate productions.
As Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse range of events. Working closely with the Production Managers and technical teams, your role will be pivotal in managing client relationships, budgets, timelines, and logistics from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple live event projects simultaneously.

Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.

Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and delivery.

Act as primary client liaison throughout the planning and delivery phases.

Ensure all events meet health, safety, and legal compliance standards.

Deliver exceptional on-site event management and post-event analysis.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in event or production management.

Proven ability to manage complex logistics and tight deadlines.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.

Familiarity with AV, rigging, staging, and live show production is a plus.
