Role Overview:
As Esports Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of esports competitions, streaming events, and team operations. You will work closely with production crews, game developers, talent managers, sponsors, and broadcast teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact experiences for players and fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end esports projects, from concept to execution
- Manage team schedules, budget planning, and partner deliverables
- Coordinate with digital and broadcast production teams on event logistics
- Develop timelines, risk assessments, and contingency planning
- Liaise with marketing, content creators, and influencers on pre-event and live activations
- Build strong relationships with players, coaches, and community managers
- Monitor performance KPIs and report on project outcomes
- Stay ahead of global esports trends and integrate best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management, events, or digital production
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the esports landscape
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Trello, Monday.com, Jira)
- Experience with Twitch, YouTube Live, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to travel for international events as needed
