Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and operational support for business applications and internal systems.
* Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
* Develop and maintain scripts, applications and automation solutions.
* Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity.
* Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams.
* Support software deployments, upgrades and system integrations.
* Maintain technical documentation and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
* Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience in application support or software development.
* Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Java or similar programming languages.
* Familiarity with databases, APIs and cloud technologies.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
