The Role
As an AI Specialist, you will design, build, and deploy AI models that drive smarter business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products and services, ensuring robust, scalable, and ethical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimise machine learning models and AI systems.

Collaborate with data engineers to structure and manage large datasets.

Apply NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics to real-world business challenges.

Monitor performance and continuously improve algorithms.

Ensure AI compliance with data protection and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related discipline.

3+ years’ experience in AI or data science roles.

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
