A well know famous Dublin establishment are partners with Back 4 Good and are looking for 2 Commis Chefs to start as soon as possible .

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes .

You will be required to keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination .

Prepare all relevant menus .

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships .

Report maintenance hygiene and hazard issues .

Comply with security ,fire regulations and all health and safety and food legislation .

Be environmentally aware .

You must have a culinary qualification

Proven Kitchen experience in a similar role

Postive attitude

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure .
