Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Ireland. Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care
– Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
– Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
2. Clinical Duties
– Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy.
– Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
– Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times.
3. Collaboration
– Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
– Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
4. Documentation
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
– Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
5. Education and Support
– Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
– Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
6. Professional Development
– Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, guidelines, and technologies.
– Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
7. Compliance
– Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
– Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications
– Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
– Relevant nursing degree or diploma.
Experience
– Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
– Newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply.
