Back 4 Good – Your future in Ireland is sourcing a talented Training and Development Specialist for a leading employer based in Bray, County Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic manufacturing organisation and drive impactful learning and development strategies that ensure compliance, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual training programmes in line with GMP and company standards
• Collaborate with departmental heads to assess and identify training needs
• Support managers in developing curricula across various business functions
• Design and update training materials with input from subject matter experts to reflect best practice and regulatory changes
• Deliver targeted training sessions to new and existing staff and monitor outcomes to assess effectiveness
• Evaluate training success through performance metrics, assessments, and feedback
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on training effectiveness and process enhancement
• Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing training documentation and presenting records
• Prioritise training goals for the site and advise on delivery methods and content
• Act as a subject matter expert on training evaluations and contribute to quality initiatives

About You:

• Third-level qualification in Science, HR, or a Training-related field
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment essential
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of training regulations in healthcare or similar sectors
• Systematic approach to training design and best practice
