Back 4 Good are working for a large organisation who wish to source a number of Customer Service Officers to work in their Customer Contact Centre and provide one-stop-services to virtual banking customers .

You will deliver a professional phone banking service through answering enquiries , by handling inbound/outbound calls and managing internet and email communications .

You will achieve sales  targets and follow the service standards established by the organisation.

You will report suspicious fraud cases, major incidents and customer feedback to respective departments .

Ensure all operational activities are in full compliance with the organisation’s requirements and regulatory authorities .

 

 

Qualifications 

. Diploma or Degree Holder

. 3 years experience in customer service/contact centre within a financial institution an advantage .

. Experience in customer relationship handling .

. Strong verbal and written communications skills

. Independent and able to work under pressure .
