Based in Greystones, Co. As Privacy Analyst, you’ll support the Data Protection Officer and work across departments to strengthen GDPR compliance, lead data protection assessments, and promote a culture of privacy by design.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and monitor Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Handle Data Subject Access Requests and support incident response
- Conduct internal privacy audits and risk assessments
- Provide training and practical guidance to teams
- Help review data processing contracts and DPIAs
Who you are:
- You have 2+ years’ experience in a privacy, legal, or compliance role
- You understand GDPR and have a strong eye for detail
- You’re confident communicating complex topics clearly
- Certifications like CIPP/E or CIPM are a plus, but not essential
