At Back 4 Good we are focused on facilitating the return of many skilled professionals to their own town,village or city .

Our  unique county by county strategy is a winner with returnees and with their families and friends .

We are producing county Talent registers which will consist of returnees with skills in all occupations and these registers will be augment by local talents .

This will allow each county to be ready to match their Talent register with investment pipelines such as the one managed by the IDA .It is our objective that significant employers will set up in each county – This is rural redevelopment in action..
